WORKSHOP: ZUSAMMENARBEIT STÄRKEN
Spannungen als kreativer Kompass

Tension Management

Participants will learn to embrace and manage tensions within teams, recognizing them as natural elements of collaboration and catalysts for innovation, rather than obstacles. This skill fosters resilience and adaptability in challenging situations.

Collaborative Problem-Solving

Through exploring the "4 Spaces" framework, participants will develop the ability to address conflicts and challenges from a new perspective, finding sustainable solutions that benefit both individuals and the collective.

Self-Organization

Teams will acquire strategies for transitioning towards more autonomous and self-directed collaboration, improving decision-making processes and enhancing overall team effectiveness in dynamic environments.

Tensions as a creative compass

Whether it's a joint client project, teamwork in a traditional agency setting, or a film production: experts from different fields come together to realize projects – sometimes for a short period, sometimes for a longer term. Each team is as diverse as the individuals that make it up.

This brings with it its own dynamics and tensions. But one thing all teams have in common: they all work within structures, whether they are predefined or like unwritten rules, that govern collaboration. For teams to successfully implement projects, appreciation, equality, and tensions are needed. The latter are inevitable components of teamwork and creative processes. However, tensions are often perceived as challenging or even disruptive. Yet, tensions are a deeply human experience. They help to break out of established routines, drive forward development, and are crucial for a strong team.

What is the workshop about?

In this workshop, participants are invited to look at the challenges of teamwork from a new perspective. They will learn about tension-based work, finding solutions that not only address symptoms but lead to sustainable changes. Together, they will explore the "4 Spaces" and learn how tensions can become catalysts for innovation and successful collaboration.

Anna Siegler

Workshop Leader

For more than 13 years, I have been supporting change processes, initially as a social worker and parenting coach, later as an educational advisor in the IT sector, and then as a scientific advisor in the field of politics. I have observed and actively experienced how differently organizations are structured and how their organizational setup and communication skills affect individuals, teams, and their effectiveness. Today, I actively support teams in moving towards self-organization and towards their own model of future-proof collaboration.
