How much do the tickets cost?

Our film screenings are divided into 5 blocks, each 80-90 minutes long. Tickets are just 5 euros per person. Enjoy a diverse range of films throughout the festival!

Where and When is this taking place?

The festival features film screenings at Kino mon ami Weimar from October 24-26, 2024. Workshops run from October 17-23 at various locations throughout Weimar. Join us for an opening and closing ceremony, plus an after party. Experience a week of inspiring films, creative workshops, and vibrant celebrations!

Who is the Jury?

Last year, our festival featured three outstanding jury members renowned in the industry: Maria Eitner-Acheampong, Dr. Lioba Schlösser, and Stephan Grossman. Their expertise brought exceptional insight and acclaim to our selection process.

How do I apply with my own film?

Directors can submit films under 30 minutes via FilmFreeway. Apply now to showcase your work at our festival and join a vibrant community of filmmakers!

How many films make it to the official selection?

​Out of 400 annual submissions, only 25-30 are selected for the official lineup. We meticulously review each entry to ensure only the best films are showcased, highlighting exceptional creativity and talent.
