Festival Manager

Mahsa Nejadfallah

Mahsa born in Iran, where she began working with analog photography during high school and went on to study directing. After 15 years of professional experience in film and photography, she moved to Weimar for further education. In 2022, she successfully completed her studies in Visual Communication at the Bauhaus University. Since 2018, she has been actively involved in organizing international film and art projects. In 2021, she founded the Return International Film Festival in Weimar.

Art Director

Christian Koch

Christian, born in Thuringia, earned his Master’s degree in Fine Arts from Bauhaus University Weimar. As a screenwriter and debuting director with several award-winning short films, he is passionate about cinema and frequently shares his enthusiasm for the unique qualities of anamorphic lenses.

Honorary Cultural Advisor

Ulrike Schwabe

Ulrike is the contact person for the Foreigners' Representative of the City of Weimar and a key point of contact for international citizens. She provides advice on migration and integration issues and organizes events such as the Intercultural Week and the Intercultural New Year's Festival. Ulrike speaks German, English, Arabic, Armenian, Turkish, and Russian.

Rahh Fleur

Rahh, born in Romania, is currently studying Media Arts and Design at Bauhaus University Weimar. As a certified illustrator, concept artist, and aspiring screenwriter, they have a unique passion for watching films that feature rabbits.
